Going through your information; you are born on Saturday under Porva Bhadrapada constellation and are Aquarius zodiac.

As per this, what I can say as per vimshottari till February 2010 everything was going normal, then later you started with Dushta Adhipathi antar dasha, Mars and Northern node of moon (Dragons head) consecutively till August last year 2013 - where you came into a lot of credits and losses. Especially, your VISA related problems got worse from February 2011. After last year August, I can see you started your own business and from last year August 2013 till November 2015 its comparatively good period. However, it doesn't fuel you well for your total well being. And after November 2015 - it is going to be really good period.

As the present antar dasha is not harmful; still I can see lot of stress around you and nothing going well as per your plan. Reason behind this is the planetary transit. You had a Kantaka Shani/Astama Shani which is still more terrific than Sade Saati Shani, where during this period based on your good things / bad things lord Shani will give your judgement with in 2.5 years instead 7.5 years.

So you had experienced concentrated effect from September 2009 till October 2011. If you had closely observed, lord Shani will give you testing period say around 1.5 years during which you had some good karma done, he give you good results or some bad karma done he will punish you in the rest 1 year. After these problems, your business related issues started/delayed after November 2011 and got worst after last year February 2013 where Rahu (dragons head) started joining hand with Saturn to give more tension and unwanted stress.

Your business VISA problems should start getting materializing favorable towards you by this year after mid of July 2014 and you will get success after November 2014. One caution which i like to give is, after July 2014 you may have few tension related to your family's health related issues. So what I would advice is to get some small remedies related to Rahu, so that your VISA related problems get solved. Reason being Rahu is the planet who signify for your working away from your home town. And you will continue to earn your bread and butter staying away from your country only. You have been shacked much due to the planetary position changes which is only temporary.

To come out of your Visa related problem please do the following:

1. Please start meditating below mantra for at least minimum 4 times in evenings facing North-West. Sitting on any timber platform under padmasan position.

I just have a few points to ask:

I started my business in January 2014, I luckily got contract which I quoted one year ago after I lost my job in New Year without any reason. And still I am trying my best to get more contracts.

Can you please clear me whether 21/2 is gone or is it still running (as 2013 was my worst year).

Regarding family, my father got stroke in 2012 and we are still not able to see him and are eager to see him with VISA as he have lot of hope on us. Even he have no financial problem and also helped me to show handsome money to get visa.

What are the chances to win my appeal as I got my Visa refused and appealed against the decision.

If i get this Visa, I will be permanent in 2 years which will help me to take care of business in India and also in UK as we all want to be permanent in UK (as I am here from November 2006) and its also matter of respect at this time.

My daughter was born in December 2010 and she is also not able see her grandparents, so we all want to meet happily after long time but definitely with Visa.

Yes, if you have seen my above post; I have written your partially good dasha started after August last year and it is there till November 2015 due to which you got the contract during this period. However, the present planetary position are not favorable as I said above. Due to which you are still facing few problems.

Coming to your question regarding Kantaka Shani/Astama Shani, which was over on October 2011. The main problem started last year from February 2013 where Rahu transited in your 9th house where he started troubling you to return back to India permanently. However, even he wouldn't cause you more trouble because he is responsible for you to stay in UK and earn.

On this regard what I can say is, don't apply the appeal right now as the present transit is not favorable to you. Reapply once again after 20th August this year in the initial few hearings it may not be good to you but you should get an approval after mid of November for sure.

And please don't worry, you will permanently stay in UK. However, if you cross August 2018 in UK then definitely you will be there for another 7 years for sure that is till August 2025.

However, please follow the remedies of Rahu to get success in your Visa matters.

Basically if there is refusal of Visa, then we only have 10 days to appeal against there decision which has already been done. But I don't know when the hearing is, as soon as I know I will let you know.

I am eager to get more contract as my first one is finished now and I am struggling for another contract.

Regarding Neelam, I already wear one I bought in 2005. Which I think is not of good quality as per studied on internet and there is Saturn - so Ganesha Speaks recommended for that psychologically I also believe to wear it to set up my things which I mentioned in earlier posts.

Rest if I can do any thing for you in UK, please let me know without any kind of hesitation.

As far your hearing date is concerned I can see compared to now at present during your hearing date 28th August 2014 you have pretty 50:50 chances of you winning the appeal. Till August please follow the remedies which you are doing now, and continue to visit Gurudwara as you are doing now. And along with it, I will specify planet yantra to offer pooja and then keep it with you during the appeal day.

Please find the attached Yantra for Shani, Rahu and Ketu respectively from left to right.

Shani yantra has to be written in blue color ink in 8 x 8 inch or centimeter and Rahu yantra to be written in black color ink in 4 x 4 inch and Ketu yantra to be written in grey colore in 7 x7 inch on white paper A4 size. individually.

Along with this write moola mantra in hindi and Sham in hindi at all the four corner in shani yantra, and Rum in hindi at all four corners in rahu yantra and Them in Hindi at all four corners in ketu yantra.

Place these yantras in pooja room and use as advised.

As requested please find the attached Saturn, rahu and ketu yantras. :You can take colour printout of these yantras and do pooja keeping in front of lord. Offer dhoop and deep and meditate keeping your hand on the yantra the beeja mantras shown on the yantra for min 8, 4 and 7 times for saturn, rahu and ketu respectively.

Along with this for your present business related works, Write 33 in kumkum / ashta gandha in big letters on white paper and pray to your lord and tell you wish and take it along with your important meetings etc.

Srinivasa, I got print out of yantras, what should I do next?

And thanks for my brother's horoscope prediction, which is accurate. Can you please let me know is there any chances for him settling in foreign country as he is dental doctor and has already been to U.S.A three times but didn't get any success there.
