May i know are you wearing Yellow or white topaz? and more over topaz is not at all a proper alternative gemstone.

I have mentioned clearly which gemstones to wear, please do read the post properly, You need to wear Emerald and Blue sapphire. If you have one you can wear and you need to purchase the Gemstone welcome kit from us for better effects from gemstones. And i don't know what is the status of gemstone whether it is still active or expired. and it is original and best quality one. Hence, i would advise to get new one.
