You need to do the stone laying ceremony on the said date and time which is auspicious to you

You need to do some remedial measure during this process as below:-
1. chant the below mantra for min of 2 times and max of 20 times facing North west direction sitting on bramha stana of your site (center of the plot)
OM SRAAM SREEM SROUM SHA CHANDRAMASHE NAMAHA!
2. chant the below mantra for min of 4 times and max of 40 times facing South west direction sitting on bramha stana of your site (center of the plot)
OM BHRAAM BHREEM BHROUM SHA RAHAVE NAMAHA!
3. offer rice to the brahim after the puja.

Dig the first foundation and lay the foundation in North East corner of your plot where you need to with in 8 feet from east corner and with in 10 feet from north corner.
